Free range learning

I feel passionately that all children should be educated outside, for at least part of their week, there are endless benefits. Children were not designed to sit at tables between four walls all day long. Forest School is a wonderful for children who find classrooms difficult learning environment. All children deserve to enjoy and learn in the outdoors. All they need is warm and waterproof clothing! 

Forest School is... 

Forest School programmes run throughout the year for schools, nurseries and Home Educating families. Following the Forest School ethos originating from Scandinavia, these child led outdoor educational programmes run all year round, in all weathers. 

Participants learn using real tools, campfires, and appropriate risk taking.
